BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL WITH US!

SEE WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS IN A SHORT THIRTY MINUTE CALL WITH OUR EXPERTS

BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

BOOKINGS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE

We only allow bookings with 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to prepare for each client meeting in advance and maintain our work schedule.

IF YOU OR YOUR M.A TEAM MEMBER IS LATE TO A MEETING

We allow up to ten minutes of wait time. If you cannot make your appointment on time, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment after a ten-minute wait period. We also ask that if a team member is late to a meeting, you allow up to ten minutes of wait time before leaving or rescheduling if you have not been notified beforehand.

PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND

A reminder will be emailed a day before the appointment to confirm you are still available to meet. If you can no longer attend, please cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice so we may reschedule you for a more appropriate time or give this allotted time to another client.

IF A MEETING RUNS OVER THE ALLOTTED TIME

We allow up to five minutes of overtime for meetings that may extend over your allotted time. All our discovery calls are free for 30 minutes. Each discovery call can only be booked once and cannot be booked again by the same business or individual after an initial discovery call. If you agree after your discovery call to proceed with a decided service or package, further meeting time will be invoiced.

IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT

If we cannot make an appointment or are at capacity for the day’s meetings, we will make sure to contact you directly and reschedule as soon as we can. You will receive an email confirmation of your rescheduled date once suitable times and dates are agreed upon.

IN-PERSON MEETINGS

We hold discovery calls strictly online. In-person meeting time is reserved for clients only and is charged hourly. Travel and food expenses are also included in client invoices if a team member is required for an in-person meeting. All in-person meetings are in public settings in line with our health and safety policies.
